WAGERS OFFERED
In addition to Win, Place and Show, there is also Quiniela and Trifecta wagering available on all greyhound races.  Daily Doubles are offered on the first two and last two races of each performance.  SuperStarfecta bets may made on the 4th, 8th, 11th and final race of each card.  $1 is the minimum wagered in all pools.

SMOKING / NO SMOKING
In accordance with Connecticut State Law, there is no smoking permitted inside the building. Smoking is permitted outside on the aprons and trackside. Shoreline Star has introduced a new outdoor lounge with TV's and wagering machines.

STAY OVERNIGHT AT HOLIDAY INN
The beautiful Bridgeport Holiday Inn offers money-saving packages for persons who wish to stay overnight upon visiting Shoreline Star.  Packages include deluxe accomodations, welcome drinks in the PT Lounge, a prime rib buffet dinner, free parking and/or shuttle service to the track, an evening nosh and Sunday brunch buffet.  Holiday Inn packages are $129 for singles, $179 for couples, $199 for triples (plus occupancy tax).  Special rates are available for groups of 15 or more.  Packages are offered any day (subject to space), but the hotel will substitute comparable menu items if not a Saturday or Sunday stay.  For reservations, call (203)334-1234.
